A higher calling

Vieo has seen great success recently, being installed on a range of buildings including schools, universities, supermarkets and leisure buildings, as well as a variety of domestic applications which includes student accommodation, self-build houses and social housing.  One of the more surprising applications for Vieo has been its use on religious buildings.  This is testament to the versatility and aesthetics of Vieo and the fact that its creation was inspired by traditional metal roofing.  Combine this traditional starting point with its nature as a highly engineered, contemporary metal roof and wall system, and the result is a roof and wall finish that works equally well with both modern and traditional materials. This was the case at Chipping Sodbury Baptist Church where Vieo was used on the roof and walls to refurbish and extend the existing Church building.  The doors opened on the new building on the 4th April this year, which was a very exciting day with over 400 visitors . What better endorsement can we give to the effect Vieo and this new building has had than to quote the Church’s website: “A big thank you to everyone who helped us achieve our vision of a new building that has connected us to the community in a whole new way and provided us with the much needed room to grow!”.  Source: View project photos on our Flickr Pages

Our phone numbers have changed

Innovation is something that ensures that we are always moving forward to keep ahead of industry trends.  The results of our innovation can be seen in the wide range of roof and wall system solutions available to you, as well as high quality manufacturing processes and efficient, effective levels of customer service.

We try to innovate across the company, not only in terms of product development but also to achieve higher levels of service and quality.  Our latest innovation is an investment in a completely new digital telephone system.  The new system provides the greatest level of integration and interactivity across sites; linking landlines within the head office with those within the manufacturing headquarters, home offices and mobile phones.

The system streamlines the telecommunications process both internally and externally; providing time savings, better management of information and greater efficiencies across the business.  Ultimately this leads to better service to you, our customers.

Useful features that are integrated include a Presence reporting system, internal video conferencing, inbound direct dial numbers for individuals, caller ID for outbound calls from direct dial numbers and the ability to transfer calls to anyone working within the Euroclad organisation.

The new number to call for the UK’s market leader in profiled metal roof and wall systems is 02922 01 01 01.

Delivered to our own doorstep

DPD and Interlink Express parent GeoPost UK is currently developing a 6,000m² depot in Cardiff, on the same Wentloog Corporate Park site as Euroclad. The new development will include a warehouse for parcel sortation and a customer collection facility. We are supplying the Elite roof system for the new buildings, with composite panels manufactured by sister company Eurobond being installed on the walls. Euroclad customer IRC Carocelle has been appointed as specialist roof & wall cladding contractor for Geopost’s latest phase of developments in Cardiff.

The parcel firm is also developing parking spaces for 125 vans, five trucks and 12 trailers, as well as 11 loading docks, 31 level access doors for vans and one level access door for HGVs.

The creation of 130 jobs is anticipated at the site, which may increase to 200 as business grows.

A spokesman for GeoPost UK confirmed that the proposed development forms part of the £75m investment in new or upgraded depots revealed in April.
